2. Specialized Charcoal Pulverizing & Mixing

Carbonized material is ground into a consistent ≤ 3 mm powder. In the Double-Shaft Mixer, the powder is blended with water and industrial binders (starch or chemical binders) to achieve the specific rheology required for high-pressure punching.

3. Precision Mechanical Punching & Shaping

The core of the line is the Heavy-Duty Honeycomb Briquette Machine.
