Introduction

 Our Integrated Carbonization & Briquetting Solution is a complete, closed-loop system designed for high-yield industrial production. Whether you are processing coconut shells, wood waste, or agricultural residues, we provide a seamless transition from raw biomass to high-value charcoal products.

Instead of supplying single machines, we provide fully integrated charcoal briquetting plants that cover raw material preprocessing, briquetting, drying, carbonization, and final packaging.
This solution is widely used for the production of BBQ charcoalshisha (hookah) charcoal, and honeycomb charcoal.

Raw Material Flexibility

Complete Production Workflow

  • Continuous Carbonization:

Our rotary kiln technology converts raw biomass into charcoal with a 98% carbonization rate, while recycling syngas to reduce fuel costs.

  1. Carbonization Rate: Up to 95% – 98% (depends on raw material).

  2. Operating Temp: 450°C – 650°C (Adjustable for different charcoal grades).

  3. Energy Recovery: Equipped with a Syngas Purification System to recycle 100% of combustible gases.

  4. Carbon Content: Final fixed carbon > 85%.

 

  • Smart Pre-processing: Closed-system grinding ensures a dust-free environment, reducing charcoal blocks into uniform 200-300 mesh powder.

      Crushing carbonized blocks into the ideal consistency for high-density briquettes.

  1. Output Fineness: 200 – 300 Mesh (Adjustable by screen).

  2. Dust Control: Integrated pulse dust collector (Emission < 20mg/m³).

  • Automated Drying & Cooling: Multi-layer belt dryers or drying rooms reduce moisture to <5%, ensuring the product is ready for immediate retail packaging.

  1. Final Moisture Content: < 5% (Ideal for long-term storage and export).

  2. Drying Efficiency: Heat-exchange design, utilizing excess heat from Step 1.
