Continuous Carbonization

Utilizing a Continuous Rotary Pyrolysis Kiln, we process raw shells in an oxygen-free environment. This precise temperature control ensures that volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are fully expelled—the primary cause of “charcoal smell”—while preventing over-burning, which leads to brown or gray ash.

Ultra-Fine Pulverizing & 300-Mesh Grinding

Charcoal is ground into a micro-powder (200-300 mesh). A finer particle size allows for a higher packing density in the final tablet, which directly correlates to a longer burning time and a smooth, premium surface finish that end-users associate with quality.

Heavy-Duty Stainless Steel Pressing (100–200 Tons)

  • Hydraulic System: We utilize 100-200 tons of specialized hydraulic pressure for 25mm and 26mm cubes. High pressure increases the Cold Crushing Strength (CCS), ensuring the charcoal does not spark or shatter when placed on the hookah bowl.
  • Mechanical System: Available for high-speed production of 33mm and 40mm round instant-light tablets.

Controlled Dehydration & Constant Temperature Drying

Green tablets are moved to a multi-stage rotary drum Dryer. By removing moisture to 5/% under constant low temperatures, we prevent the internal micro-cracks that cause charcoal to break mid-session.

A: This is usually caused by excessive ash content in the raw material or improper carbonization temperatures. Our continuous rotary furnace maintains a stable thermal curve to ensure the inorganic minerals in the coconut shell produce a clean, silver-white ash.

Q2: Can I produce different sizes of cubes on the same line?

A: Yes. Our Stainless Steel Hydraulic Press features quick-change mold technology. You can switch from 25mm cubes to 22mm flats or round tablets in approximately 30-45 minutes.

Q3: How do you solve the issue of charcoal sparking  during ignition?

A: Sparking is caused by trapped moisture or air pockets. Our 200-ton hydraulic pressure and high-mesh pulverizing system ensure a vacuum-like density that eliminates air pockets, resulting in a stable, spark-free burn.

Q4: What is the benefit of the Syngas Recycling System?
