BBQ charcoal briquette production line equipment
1. Carbonization furnace: If the raw material is not charcoal, a carbonization furnace is first needed to make charcoal.
2. Crusher: If the charcoal size is larger than 1cm, a crusher is first needed.
3. Mixer: Make the material and binder fully mixed, increase the density of the material, and make it easier to make lumps.
4. Press: Four types, mechanical lumping machine, hydraulic press, ball press, and extruder.
5. Dryer: The moisture of the formed lumps is about 25-30%, use the dryer to reduce the moisture, and the finished product can be directly packaged and sold.
