1.Carbonization furnace​

It can pyrolyze coconut shells, wood and other raw materials under anoxic or low oxygen environment at high temperature to make high-quality charcoal, laying the foundation for subsequent processing. ​

2.Crusher​

When the size of carbonized charcoal exceeds 1cm, it can be crushed accurately to make the material particle size suitable for subsequent processes. ​

3.Mixer​

It not only mixes materials and adhesives to improve product quality, but also increases material density to help agglomerate formation. ​

4.briquette machine​

It provides three types: mechanical, hydraulic, and new stainless steel hydraulic. The former has high production efficiency, the latter two have high pressure, and the latter is more durable and hygienic. ​

5.Dryer​

Through temperature control and air circulation, the moisture content of the formed agglomerates is reduced, which is conducive to packaging and sales.
