1. Project Background & Client Requirements

 

Our client from Spain visited our factory to inspect and conduct a live trial of theircomplete charcoal production line. With rising demand for premium, eco-friendly barbecue charcoal in Europe, the client required an integrated line capable of turning carbonized biomass into high-density, uniform charcoal briquettes with low moisture content and high resistance to breakage during shipping.


2. Factory Trial Workflow & Key Performance Highlights

 

During the August 22, 2026 trial, the Spanish client observed the entire post-carbonization briquetting and drying process:

Key Milestones Demonstrated During the Trial:

  • Homogeneous Powder Conditioning: Carbonized charcoal powder was processed in a wheel-pan grinding mixer to achieve uniform moisture and binder distribution, ensuring optimal moldability.

  • High-Density Briquette Pressing: The charcoal mixture was fed into the Guoxin High-Pressure Roller Press Machine. The precision-molded alloy rollers produced high-density, pillow-shaped briquettes with clean surface definition and continuous, high-yield discharge.

  • Structural Durability Verification: Green briquettes were hand-inspected and drop-tested immediately after pressing, demonstrating excellent green strength without cracking or crumbling.

  • Smart Heat Pump Drying Inspection: Fresh briquettes were transferred onto tray trolleys and loaded into the Guoxin Heat Pump Drying Room. The client tested the intuitive Siemens PLC touchscreen controls, verifying the system’s precise temperature regulation and energy-efficient dehumidification technology.
