1. Palm shell needs a carbonization furnace to get charcoal. The furnace has a smoke and gas purification system.

2. Carbonized charcoal needs to go through a crusher to become charcoal powder with a particle size of less than 1mm. The crusher is fully sealed.

3. Then there is a mixer, which is used to mix charcoal powder and binder and water, it can increase the thickness of the binder.

4. The press is used to make different shapes of Sarsaparilla charcoal. It is hydraulic type.

5. The dryer is used to reduce the moisture of the final product, and after drying, the product is harder. We have two types of drying chamber and mesh belt dryer.
