Production Line
1. Feeding metering machine: Forklift can be used to feed materials to ensure uniform operation of the production line. Adhesive pipe bin is set up next to it, and quantitative raw materials and adhesive are fed into the mixer together.
2. Mixer: First, for non-sticky materials, adhesive is added to enhance the strength and fully mix; second, the density of the material is increased during mixing to facilitate the production of coal balls.
3. Ball press: The mixed material is sent to the ball press by a conveyor. The size of the pressed blocks can be designed from 30 to 60 mm, and different shapes can be made as needed. The production capacity is 1 to 40 tons per hour. The standard equipment is equipped with hydraulic and safety devices, and the pressure is 40 to 50 tons adjustable.
4. Dryer: The water content of the formed coal balls is 25 to 30%. The dryer is used to reduce the water content, and the finished products can be directly packaged and sold.
