Overview
On June 11, 2026, Guoxin Machinery successfully completed an in-house workshop trial run for our high-pressure biomass briquetting equipment. The mechanical test focused on the continuous extrusion of raw bamboo powder into high-density fuel rods, verifying system stability and throughput parameters prior to system dispatch.
Feedstock Material: 100% Raw bamboo powder (sawdust residuals).
Processing Method: High-torque mechanical screw extrusion.
Finished Output: High-density, uniform biomass briquette rods (optimized for downstream carbonization).
Trial Objective: Validation of core extrusion die performance, material feed consistency, and structural density without the use of chemical binders.
The workshop testing met all structural benchmarks. The extruded bamboo rods achieved excellent mechanical hardness and a smooth surface finish, ensuring optimal gas permeability and structural integrity for premium charcoal production.
