1. Feedstock Conditioning: The Art of Homogenization

Unlike biomass or charcoal powder, raw industrial coke breeze possesses zero natural plasticity and high abrasive hardness. Achieving structural integrity in the final briquette requires precise material conditioning inside a heavy-duty wheel muller mixer.

As demonstrated in the processing sequence, our team executed a rigorous three-step batch mixing protocol:

  1. Material Feeding: The fine, dry coke breeze was loaded into the mixing pan.
  2. Binder Integration: A specialized liquid/powder industrial binder formulation was introduced uniformly onto the spinning bed.
  3. Moisture Calibration: Water was systematically metered into the muller to achieve the exact target moisture threshold (typically 8% to 12%), ensuring every micro-grain of coke was coated with the binding agent under heavy roller shear forces.

Route B: High-Pressure Hydraulic Molding Machine (Precision Tablets)

For premium combustion, specialized gasification, or high-value chemical applications requiring strict geometry and maximum density, the hydraulic press is the optimal mechanism.

The mechanical sequence and the final product evaluation highlight this high-precision method. Operating under intense vertical hydraulic cylinder pressure, the fine coke breeze was compressed into smooth, ultra-dense circular tablet briquettes.

The molded coke tablets exhibit perfectly defined edges, zero structural layering cracks, and a pristine mechanical finish capable of withstanding severe drop tests without shattering.
