Working Principle

Charcoal briquettes or sticks are placed into boxes or trays and then into a sealed drying room. Hot air, usually produced by a burner or electric heater, is circulated through the chamber by high-efficiency fans. As the hot air passes through the chamber, it removes moisture from the charcoal. Temperature, humidity, and airflow are carefully controlled to ensure consistent and efficient drying. Drying times and conditions can be adjusted based on the type and size of charcoal to achieve optimal drying results.
