Working Principle

The furnace’s continuous design allows for a continuous input of raw materials, allowing it to operate continuously without frequent reloading or shutdowns. Sawdust is fed into the furnace and heated in an oxygen-free environment (pyrolysis process), breaking down into volatile gases, liquid byproducts, and a solid carbon residue (charcoal). The gases and liquids produced can be collected, condensed, and used as biofuels or chemical feedstocks.
