The multi-station turntable rotated continuously, applying dual-direction hydraulic pressure to compress the fine coconut shell charcoal powder instantly into shape. The automated mechanical arm ejected the finished pieces down the stainless steel chute in a seamless, high-frequency stream.
To simulate rough handling during international shipping, a technician performed a real-time drop test, throwing a freshly stamped circular tablet directly onto the concrete workshop floor. The tablet bounced and remained 100% intact with zero structural fracturing or edge chipping, proving extreme mechanical bonding strength.
2. Premium Sharp-Edged Cube Charcoal Run & Thermal Test
