Dispatch Details
Dispatch Date: September 16, 2026
Dispatch Origin: Guoxin Equipment Assembly Workshop
Equipment Loaded: Industrial Rotary Drum Dryer System (Main Drum, Screw Feeders, Piping Assemblies)
Transport Carrier: MAERSK High-Cube Sea Freight Container
On September 16, 2026, final factory inspection and container loading were completed for a custom-engineered industrial rotary drum dryer at the Guoxin production facility.
Loading heavy, high-diameter cylindrical equipment into standard shipping containers requires precise handling. The workshop assembly team utilized overhead bridge cranes paired with heavy-duty webbed lifting slings to hoist and align the main drum. Experienced riggers guided the drum millimeter-by-millimeter into the MAERSK container to ensure uniform weight distribution and prevent damage to internal lifters or external flange connections.
This rotary drum dryer is engineered for high-moisture bulk solid processing, incorporating several critical structural elements:
Heavy-Gauge Carbon Steel Shell: Fabricated from high-tensile steel plate with full-penetration seam welds and coated with heat-resistant industrial primer to withstand thermal stress.
Airtight Flange End Plates: Precision-machined connection flanges on the inlet and outlet heads maintain a tight thermal seal with static feed and discharge hoods, preventing heat loss and air infiltration.
Integrated Screw Feeder & Piping System: Transported alongside the main drum are heavy-duty inclined screw conveyors, feed hoppers, and ducting sections designed to provide a continuous, controlled material feed.
Prior to container sealing, all components underwent rigorous pre-shipment quality checks and ocean freight protection procedures:
Internal Chocking & Lashing: To prevent movement during sea transit, the main drum was blocked with hardwood chocks and secured to container floor D-rings using high-strength steel wire rope and turnbuckles.
Corrosion Prevention: Machined flange faces, drive shafts, and connection points were greased and wrapped in multi-layer protective film to shield against sea salt air and humidity during transit.
Pre-Shipment Verification: Factory testing included drum concentricity run-out checks, drive system alignment, and dynamic balance verification before disassembling for transport.
With loading completed, the container has departed the factory for maritime transit. Guoxin’s engineering team will provide remote installation supervision and commissioning support upon arrival at the client’s facility.
