The briquette mesh belt dryer is a specially designed drying equipment for drying briquettes, pellets and other solid biomass materials. It operates with a mesh belt conveyor system, conveying the material through the mesh belt while hot air circulates to remove moisture. This charcoal mesh belt dryer is widely used in industries such as briquette production, biomass fuel manufacturing, and even in the food processing industry where uniform drying is required.

Working Principle

The raw material is conveyed into the coal mesh belt dryer through the feed conveyor. The material is transferred from the first layer to the last layer through the conveyor belt, and the dried material is conveyed by the discharge conveyor. The charcoal briquette dryer uses hot air as the drying medium. The hot air passes through the material from the bottom to the top. Finally, the moisture is discharged from the top of the dryer.

The heating source can be a hot air furnace, burning wood, coal, solid material, or using natural gas for heating.
